Opting for the right type of attire for your comfort and safety is very essential when you intend to exercise. Sporting in right type of clothes for the preferred workout will create a difference in the form of quality and comfort.
It is better not to follow the misconception and consult with the experts’ opinion. There is a common misconception of wearing excessive clothes as it will cause more sweating and weight loss. But the reality is that it will lead towards the dehydration and increase body temperature, this is especially true if you are going on retreat in a tropical country like a Bali retreat or in Thailand where it can be very hot.

Comfort of your clothes is very important and you should feel good when you wear them. Try different clothes and check your comfort level. Test the clothes by extending your body in different positions and whether they are not making you uncomfortable or awkward.
While selecting your wardrobe, keep in mind that exercise switch your body temperature between hot and cold cycles frequently with less intervals. To avoid overheating, it is preferable to choose frivolous light pants, shorts and t-shirts. During warm climate, wear light socks to prevent your feet from insulation and sports band to tie up your hair. Fine wool and silk layers are good for cold weather. Outmost layer should be breathable and devoid of insulation. Proper head, feet and hand protection is very essential for a successful boot camp.

To prevent any kind discomfort or harm, it is vital to choose socks which are neither too thick nor too light. Prefer socks with cushioned zones to provide support and they should last longer. The socks should be flexible to give you larger motion and absorbent to keep your temperature regulated.
Right footwear is also very essential for boot camps based on your exercise and excursion. Your shoes should be firm and provide protection from injuries.
For exercises like cardio, yoga, pilates, squats; you must have tight fitted clothes and they should be flexible. It is wise to wear sports bra since they keep you from discomfort. For proper bodily movements, it keeps your torso in right position and does not allow any kind hindrance while stretching the body. It also prevents any pain, injury and restores flexibility of breast muscles.
